DIY COLLAGEN BOOSTING POWDER

 Almonds – ½ cup

Peanunts – ½ cup

Pumpkin seeds – ¼ cup

Rolled oats – ½ cup

Sunflower seeds – ¼ cup

Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp

Flaxseeds – 2 tbsp

Chia seeds – 2 tbsp

Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp

Dried Indian Gooseberry Powder – 2 tbsp

Beetroot Powder – 1 tbsp

Dried Rose petals powder – 1 tbsp

Moringa Powder – 1 tbsp

Dry Roast the nuts and seeds and grind and add the powders and mix

Ways of consuming:

Morning Elixir – Mix 1 tbsp of the powder in a glass of warm water and honey and drink on empty stomach

Smoothies and shakes – Mix 1-2 tbsp to your smothies/shakes and consume

Milk/Plant Based Milk – Stir 1 tbsp in warm milk at bedtime

Breakfast Topping – Sprinkle the powder over your breakfast/porridge

Snack – Mix with ghee/honey and roll into small balls and eat
